Rotary North Continues Support of Students at Hines Primary School

On August 25th Sandy Rahn and Kris Coker-Schlink represented Hines Primary School at the Rotary Club North luncheon. During the luncheon, Rotary North presented numerous donations for the students at Hines.  Donated items included pencils, notebooks, backpacks, pencil holders, tissue, scissors and other school supplies as well as school uniforms, socks, and underwear in various sizes.

Changes in Law Enforcement Ten Years After 9/11

On September 6, 2011 Peoria Chief of Police Steve Settingsgaard spoke on the changes in law enforcement at a 9/11 remembrance hosted by the Rotary Club of Peoria North.

Congratulations to the Rotary Club of Peoria-North for being named the 2011 Group Community Advocacy Award winner presented by the Children’s Hospital of Illinois!

The award recognizes Peoria-North for improving the lives of children in central Illinois through outstanding accomplishments and efforts in advocating for children. Please watch this video to learn more about our club's efforts:
